How do I place an order?

To place an order on a Shopify store, customers navigate to the store's website, add desired products to their cart, proceed to checkout, enter their shipping information, choose a payment method, and finalize the purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

Pay online using a credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay.

How do I track my order?

Customers have 30 days to return any items. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

What is your return policy?

Because each item is produced to your exact specifications, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, we stand behind our work and will gladly replace items in the following circumstances:

1. Customized Items
- No Returns or Refunds: Every product is custom-printed or embroidered per order; all sales are final.
- Quality Guarantee: We inspect each item before it ships to ensure it matches
your design.

2. Lost Shipments
- Carrier Loss: If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier,
Corporate Merch Inc. will:
1. File a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
2. Reproduce and reship the entire order at no additional cost to you.
- How to Report:
Contact us at orders@corporatemerch.com within 14 days of the original ship date.
Provide your order number and any tracking details.

3. Incorrect or Defective Items
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong product, size, color, or a defective item, we will reproduce and resend the correct item free of charge.
- Timeframe & Documentation:
1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery at orders@corporatemerch.com.
2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos.
- Resolution: Upon approval, we’ll ship replacements within 5 business days.
